As we procure products specifically against customer requirements, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been confirmed and dispatched.

If you receive an incorrect item due to our error or a product that has been damaged during transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and your order details. We will review the issue and coordinate with the respective supplier or manufacturer to determine the appropriate resolution.
